Privacy Policy

When you browse ainowsolutions.ca, we collect:

• Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device type). Google Analytics sets cookies for this purpose. You can block these cookies in your browser or install Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
• Search and AI-crawler analytics. We use Searchable to understand how visitors, search engines, and AI crawlers reach and use the site. It receives standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, pages requested) and a client-side page-view signal.
• Visitor identification. We use a visitor-identification service (Reply.io) that attempts to associate website visits with business contact profiles — including through cookie identifiers and hashed email identifiers from its network — so our sales team can follow up with organizations that show interest in AINOW. You can limit this with browser tracking protections and cookie controls.
• Preferences. Your theme (light/dark) and language choices are kept in your browser’s local storage. They stay on your device and are not used to track you.
• Contact form. If you write to us, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide, delivered to our mailbox as an email. We use it to respond to you and for no other purpose.

The AINOW platform is a workplace tool that organizations subscribe to. When you use it, your organization is the custodian of the environment (“tenant”) your data lives in: it controls which business systems are connected, who has access, and how long content is retained. AINOW processes platform data to operate that tenant on your organization’s behalf, under our agreement with your organization.

Platform data is hosted on Microsoft Azure in Canada (Canada Central region) with per-organization isolation. AI processing runs on Microsoft Azure (Azure OpenAI Service); per Microsoft’s terms, your inputs are not used to train foundation models. Actions the assistant prepares against your organization’s business systems require explicit human approval before anything changes.

If you use the AINOW mobile app, the mobile privacy policy describes exactly what the app collects and where it goes.

• We do not sell or rent personal information.
• We do not use platform or app content for advertising.
• Our products contain no advertising SDKs and no third-party ad-tech tracking.

We rely on a small set of providers to run our business, each limited to its purpose:

• Microsoft Azure — hosting of the AINOW platform (Canada Central) and delivery of transactional email, including contact-form messages.
• Google Analytics — website usage analytics.
• Reply.io — website visitor identification for sales follow-up.
• Searchable — search-engine, AI-crawler, and site-usage analytics.

Contact-form correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our business records. Website analytics are retained per our analytics configuration. Platform content is retained under your organization’s control and our agreement with it.

Depending on where you live — including under Canada’s PIPEDA and Quebec’s Law 25 — you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information about you, and to withdraw consent. Write to us at privacy@ainowsolutions.ca and we will respond. For platform data, your organization controls the tenant, so we may fulfil the request together with your organization, consistent with our role as its service provider.

Our services are hosted in Canada (Microsoft Azure, Canada Central). If you use them from elsewhere, your data is processed in Canada under this policy.

Our website and products are directed to organizations and working professionals, not to children.

We will post updates at this address and revise the effective date. Material changes affecting platform customers will be communicated to those organizations.
