Elias Stamatopoulos is a technology leader with 28 years of experience at the intersection of enterprise platforms, intelligent automation and applied AI. His career spans technical sales engineering, solution architecture and enterprise transformation, with leadership roles at ServiceNow, Microsoft and Dell. A hands-on engineer as much as a strategist, he's comfortable across Java, Node and Python, and fluent in building on frontier AI platforms — Anthropic, OpenAI and Gemini. He understands the data foundations, integration patterns and governance models that determine whether AI initiatives scale or stall.

As Co-Founder and Chief Technology and AI Officer at AINOW, Elias leads the company's technology vision and AI strategy — shaping the platform, the delivery approach, and ensuring every engagement is grounded in security, governance and responsible design. His focus: helping organizations cut through AI noise and deploy intelligent systems that are practical, sustainable and built to scale.

Anthony Bernard is a co-founder of AINOW, where he leads Global Sales and Alliances. He has spent his career at the intersection of sales, alliances, and go to market strategy — building high-performing teams, leading national practices, and shaping market strategies for some of the most influential technology and consulting organizations. He most recently served as a Partner at KPMG Canada and has held senior leadership roles at ServiceNow, Kyndryl, Accenture (Avanade/Microsoft), IBM, and Bell Canada.

With deep experience across cloud platforms, workflow automation, ERP, CRM, digital transformation, and emerging AI, Anthony brings a strong ability to connect business needs with technology outcomes. Known for his collaborative leadership style and his ability to simplify complex ideas, his focus on building strong ecosystems and enabling execution is central to his work at AINOW.

Gino Coutu is a Montreal-based technology entrepreneur and operator with more than two decades scaling B2B businesses at the intersection of media, software and automotive retail. Early leadership roles at Nortel, 3Com and Cisco helped grow Eastern Canada revenues from roughly $10M to $60M, followed by worldwide sales leadership at Zero-Knowledge (now AppHelp), where he expanded revenues from $200K to $15M. As President & CEO of BV! Media he grew sales from under $1M to $17M in six years — culminating in Rogers Media's acquisition and a Profit-100 ranking. At D2C Media he then scaled revenue from ~$1M to over $60M, making it Canada's #1 dealer website and digital marketing platform, ultimately acquired by Cars Commerce (Cars.com) in 2023 in a deal valued at up to ~$140M CAD.

Today Gino backs and advises founders building at the frontier of AI and industry-specific software. He brings to AINOW a track record of turning niche technology into scaled, defensible platforms, deep operating experience in sales, product and M&A, and a practitioner's perspective on how AI can reshape large, traditional sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Management Information Systems from McGill University.
